Our Architectural Services in Georgetown, TX

The days of intricate physical models are more or less behind us, and we now use BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to create a full 3D model of your home during the design process, which is then used to develop the final construction documents.

These virtual 3D models are embedded with much more detail and information than a physical model could ever contain, and allow us to design 3-dimensionally, vetting the project more thoroughly for potential construction conflicts, and allowing us to resolve those issues during design, rather than waiting until they are encountered in the field, minimizing delays and change orders on site. BIM modeling also allows us to create realistic renderings and VR walkthroughs, so you will be able to see and experience every inch of your new home early in the design process, well before construction ever begins.
